Christina Sothinathan

Implementation Lead

Christina joined Ufonia as Implementation Lead, where she is responsible for delivering Dora's AI voice technology across NHS sites to improve patient pathways, free up clinical time, and ensure successful adoption at scale. Prior to this, she spent two years as an Innovation Business Partner at CW Innovation, supporting the implementation of digital health technologies—including AI and medical devices—to enhance care delivery and reduce clinician workload. She has a particular passion for digital inclusion and ensuring equitable access to high-quality care.

A physiotherapist since 2004, Christina holds an MSc and is a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP). Following a successful career as a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, she joined NHS England as a Clinical Transformation Fellow and completed the Digital Pioneer Fellowship at DigitalHealth.London. She continues to practice as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (MSK) at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on Friday afternoons.

Christina has also delivered leadership training for Health Education England and has presented at both national and European healthcare conferences.
