Joe has been building Ufonia's software since 2020. He works across the stack, from infrastructure to backend services to frontend apps, and spends most of his time on core platform engineering, integrations, and quality. He works on release engineering and quality processes behind a regulated medical device.
He is passionate about agent-driven engineering: raising the level of abstraction engineers work at, automating the day-to-day of engineering operations, and increasingly moving the company's wider operations onto AI agents.
Outside of work, he plays classical and jazz piano.
