Lisette is the Implementation Lead at Ufonia, where she draws on her clinical background to help healthcare providers successfully adopt and embed Ufonia's technology into their services. She is passionate about making a tangible difference in healthcare, using years of experience working in hospitals across the UK and Europe to tackle inefficiencies and improve the experience for service users.
Lisette is a registered nurse with experience across ENT, Plastics, MaxFax and Ophthalmology, the field in which she went on to specialise. She holds a PGCert in Advanced Person-Centred Ophthalmic Care and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, and is an active member of the RCN Ophthalmology forum. She is energised by quality improvement work that streamlines care for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Lisette enjoys long walks with her Yorkshire Terrier and is co-manager of a local U16 Girls football team.
