Louis has been building Ufonia's software since 2020. He started on the conversational AI powering the product, then spent more time on the platform underneath it: cloud infrastructure, networking, and the EHR integrations that connect it to hospital systems. He helped move that infrastructure onto code and worked on the rewrite that took the early conversation engine onto large language models. He works up and down the stack and spends much of his time on the product itself, from the React apps people use to the services behind them. Over the past year he built the engine behind the US electronic health record integrations, helped with the engineering for the launch there, and has since moved onto the US team.
He cares a lot about security, and he likes building the tooling and AI agents that take the grind out of everyday engineering.
Outside work, he cooks and likes coffee.
