Lyndsey leads Ufonia's clinical operations team, overseeing the quality, safety, and day-to-day delivery of our CQC-registered service. As a Registered General Nurse, she brings genuine clinical credibility to ensuring our AI-driven conversations meet the highest standards of patient safety. She leads the nurse-led post-operative callback service and holds operational accountability across the full clinical operations function, from quality assurance and governance to team development and process improvement, working closely with clinical, product, and engineering teams.
Lyndsey is passionate about the role technology can play in transforming healthcare delivery, particularly where AI can improve patient experience without compromising clinical safety. Having led the implementation of AI-powered speech analytics at a leading ophthalmology provider, she brings a unique perspective on bridging cutting-edge technology with the realities of regulated healthcare.
Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys dog walking, community events, and travelling to experience new cultures.
