Clinical Operations Supervisor

Lyndsey works in the operations team to ensure our clients have a seamless and successful transition to the Dora platform. She also manages the crucial internal call-reviewing process, a function that directly contributes to the quality and safety of our medical AI.

Before joining Ufonia, Lyndsey spent over 10 years at a large ophthalmology hospital. There, she facilitated the implementation of AI into their clinical pathways, giving her a unique insight into how to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world healthcare operations.

Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys dog walking, community events, and travelling to experience new cultures.
