Theo is Chief of Staff at Ufonia, working across strategy, growth and operations as the company scales its impact in the UK and internationally.
A doctor by training, Theo began her career working in A&E before moving into strategy consulting at Bain & Company, where she focused on healthcare and life sciences. She later joined Ufonia as Commercial Director, leading partnerships and growth. Before returning to Ufonia as Chief of Staff, Theo worked as an independent strategy consultant across healthcare, life sciences and scientific research.
Theo holds a medical degree and an MSc in Public Health from Imperial College London, where she was awarded the overall academic prize.
Outside of work, Theo can usually be found exploring London with her young son, preferably with a coffee in hand.
