Claire is Head of Operations at Ufonia, leading the company’s core corporate operations as the business scales. She previously spent three years leading the operational delivery of Ufonia’s services across client organisations, collaborating closely with clinical, product and technology teams to deliver high-volume patient pathways.
Prior to joining Ufonia, Claire spent more than 10 years in change and project management roles with large multinational organisations in the UK and US, delivering projects and enterprise-wide transformation programmes. She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath’s School of Management and is a certified PROSCI change management practitioner.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys horse riding, skiing, travelling, and is kept busy by her two young sons!
