Samuel is Clinical Specialist at Ufonia, where he works within the science team, bringing clinical expertise and AI insight to the research behind Dora. He helps ensure that the models and methods the team develops are grounded in real clinical practice and translate into safe, meaningful care for patients.
He trained as a physician in Australia before moving to the UK, where he is currently completing a PhD in AI in healthcare at King’s College London. His work sits at the intersection of clinical medicine and machine learning, with a focus on how AI can be applied safely and effectively in real-world care.
Outside Ufonia, Samuel enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding and running.
